Operations Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting the General Manager with Guest Relations and Team Management to create a Hotel environment that exceeds Guest service expectations and creates an enjoyable, supportive work environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensuring a positive Guest experience through building relationships and responding to Guest needs.
• Assisting with the management and training of the Operations Team.
• Assisting with assigned financial transactions while following proper cash handling policies and procedures.
• Fostering and coordinating communications between Team Members and Departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of hospitality experience
• 1 year of OnQ experience, Hilton experience preferred
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends (typical shifts will be weekday evenings and weekend midday)
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record for Corporate insurance policy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
